Professional Biography
Allison Peters has over 10 years of experience working in higher education, mostly in academic advising, programming, and teaching writing. She obtained two English degrees, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon and a Master of Arts from Portland State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership for Equity in Higher Education from the University of Colorado, Denver. She believes it is our duty as educators to elevate the voices of historically excluded and marginalized populations.
