Bradley H. Moloney

Bradley Moloney is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he teaches courses related to evidence and trial practice. Bradley is a deputy city attorney at the Arvada City Attorney’s Office, managing its civil division. Prior to representing the City, Bradley was a deputy district attorney for the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office of Colorado, where he ethically prosecuted all levels of criminal cases.

Bradley frequently presents on various topics, including: ethics, evidence, mental health defenses, trial practice, and voir dire. In 2019, Bradley authored the voir dire chapter of the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA)Trial Advocacy Manual. Bradley is a legal instructor at the Red Rocks Community College Law Enforcement Academy and a past member of the Colorado District Attorneys’ Council (CDAC) Training Committee.

Bradley graduated with a B.S. degree in Operations Management from Northern Illinois University. He attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the National Trial Team.  Bradley holds a M.B.A. degree from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business and a J.D. degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he graduated Order of St. Ives (top 10%).
