Leslie Ranniger

Leslie Ranniger teaches Legal Practice Seminar and Introduction to Small Practice Management as adjunct faculty for the Sturm College of Law; she is also General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer for K & A Investments, LLC.  Although she previously worked as Corporate Counsel for Cordant Health Solutions, and as Vice President and General Counsel for Ameracq, Incorporated, she has substantial experience in private practice as well.  She created and ran her own law firm in Boulder for over 20 years, focusing on litigation and corporate law; prior to that, she practiced with Frascona and Joiner in Boulder and with Cosgriff, Dunn and Abplanalp in Vail.  She was previously appointed to monitor the Western U.S. division of the Legal Services Corporation.
