The University of Denver Sturm College of Law is accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) to award Juris Doctor (JD) degrees.

At this time, the Sturm College of Law has determined that the Sturm College of Law J.D. degree program meets the educational degree completion requirements for licensure in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. protectorates, as defined in 34 C.F.R. § 600.2..
